JULIE MYRTILLE MEALS FOR AUSTIN HEALTHCARE WORKERS
🍴 👩⚕️ 👨⚕️ HELP JULIE MYRTILLE TO DELIVERS MEAL TO OUR HOSPITAL WORKERS
♥ Feed your Healthcare Workers while supporting your local Bakery ♥
🎯 OBJECTIVE : 200 MEALS !
As the Coronavirus outbreak continues to disrupt lives amid its spread throughout the United States, we are launching an initiative to donate meals to healthcare professionals.
On March 17th 2020, Austin Mayor Steve Adler ordered all restaurants and bars to shut down dine-in service as a consequence of the COVID-19 pandemic outbreak. As a result the effect across restaurants has been devastating, and Julie Myrtille Bakery is no exception. These most unprecedented times endanger the activity of the newly open brick-and-mortar Bakery.
In the meantime, thousands of caregivers fight every day, and come together in the fight against the coronavirus.
The idea of this donation campaign is simple: Support our local hospital health workers who are working in wartime-like conditions and support our local restaurant Julie Myrtille who is really hurting at this time. This means that each donation you make will do two good actions!
Julie Myrtille Bakery partnered with the St. David's Medical Center to receive the meals. Delivery will be made to St. David's Medical Center each week during theses unprecedented times. The coordination of the delivery is being organized together with St. David's Medical Center each week on Thursday in compliance with the strict hospital protocol.
100% of donations will go to pay for food, delivery charges, tip and transaction fees.
♥ HOW YOU CAN HELP ♥
To show our appreciation to hospital workers, please join us at any level, any amount is meaningful! The more you give, the more healthcare workers we can feed. We hope to be able to feed multiple departments, and not just clinical areas which is ideal since everyone is a front line worker during this crisis.
This is a crucial time to support both healthcare workers and local restaurant. Participate in our fundraising campaign now!
