Since 2005, Elive has been a unique and impactful Linux distribution, known for its lightness, beauty, and distinctive customizations. The release of version 3.0 marked a significant change in the world, and even today, there are no comparable distros like it.
Now it's time to revive the stunning personality that Elive once had, combining the enormous stabilization progress achieved with the new Enlightenment desktop and developing on it many Elive customizations. Although this step will require a considerable amount of work, the tools to accomplish it are now available. Now, I need your help for that, even if it’s small, to invest in resources to make this a reality, starting with a faster computer for quicker compilations.
There are more plans on the way, like providing lite and pro versions. The lite version will be a fully cost-free and direct download option, allowing people to easily install and use it. The pro version will be used to support of the distro, offering advanced functionalities, extra drivers, and more, tailored for true Elive enthusiasts who want it as their primary system.
