Suggested donations for this event are $50, with a $15 Grassroots option.
Joan is using the Citizens Election Fund. Donations from Howard County residents are matched with public funds.Corporate, developer, or PAC donations are not allowed, and the total of donations from any one resident cannot exceed $250.
