Iron Butterfly Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to amplifying the voices and impact of women and minorities in creative ways. Our mission is to provide a platform to share, honor, and celebrate the women who have had an outsized impact on our world, and whose stories would otherwise remain unseen, unheard, unknown, or misunderstood. Iron Butterfly Foundation is currently fundraising for a few exciting initiatives in 2025.
Iron Butterfly Foundation continues to support a feature film currently in post-production, the most expensive step in the process of creating a documentary. This film is about 10 women who have served at the highest levels of perhaps the least seen, least heard, least known, and least understood corner of the United States Government: the Intelligence Community.
This documentary will provide an intimate look into the lives of women who have served their careers from the shadows, who have lived (and often written) history, and who have seen corners of the world most of us can only imagine.
Iron Butterfly Foundation also supports initiatives and educational programs that leverage storytelling, artistic media, and community-building to create change. We are planning our first event in 2025.
