Make a Difference!
Help the Invisible Wounds Project build a one-of-a-kind facility to serve the mental health and support needs of military, police, fire, EMS, critical care frontline medical personnel, corrections, public safety telecommunicators, and their families. The facility will be located in Forest Lake, Minnesota, and will fill a critical void of services not only in the NE Twin Cities area but throughout the State of Minnesota and Western Wisconsin. In Minnesota alone, there are over 300,000 veterans, and over 100,000 police, fire, EMS, frontline medical staff, corrections and dispatch personnel that could access this space, not including their families.
The services that will provided here, such as woodworking, art/creative activities, day retreats, yoga/exercise space, individual and group therapy, as well as connection groups does not exist anywhere else in this same form. Your support will be life-changing for the thousands we impact each year, and we know this facility will open the door to helping so many more!
While we’ve saved and set aside money for the initial space and facility, completing the build-out and running the life-changing programs requires your help and support! Please help us reach our goal so that we can completely build out the space, and show those who have and continue to serve that they are not alone, and they are not forgotten.

Other Ways to Help:
- SPONSOR A ROOM OR SPACE. We have several separate room sponsorship opportunities available.
- DONATE TOOLS, PRODUCTS, OR LABOR. As we build the space out, we have a significant need for products such as lumber, flooring, wall covering, countertops, office furniture, etc. We also are looking to get as many tools/equipment that we would use in the woodworking/art space donated, as well as products.
- VOLUNTEER. We will need many volunteers to help get this done, from skilled to unskilled laborers, and everyone in between. Learn more at iwproject.org/volunteer
