For 6 years in the 1990's I attended Programmes with Quest for Life after being diagnosed with Chronic Myeloid Leukaemia. The first one was held in Paddington in Sydney, and was a weekend where I first met Wendie as a participant/helping Petrea. From then, I attended about 5 programmes at Quest for Life at Bundanoon, in the founding days of that beautiful retreat. My heart goes out to Petrea and the teams at Quest, who will miss Wendie's support and friendship and organisational skills. I am so sorry to hear that she has passed, and she will always be treasured in my heart from those years I spent at Quest. Along with Petrea and the team at Quest, Wendie was a big part of the healing process and learning to live with my condition long enough to be in remission for the past 12 years. Thankyou Wendie. R.I.P. Much love to you all.
