Linda employed my fiancé Erika for many years at Vernon Downs. Beyond the track they built an amazing friendship and eventually turned that into a family. Not by blood but by there love of horses and each other. Linda and her husband Jeff dedicated every minute to train, race and even tho they weren’t the owners of these horses they treated them as their own. Beyond the racing career of these horses she would devote her time to making sure every one of them had a home. May Linda rest in peace and know that we are down here continuing her legacy to make sure every horse has a home on and off the track.
