Protesting is an inalienable human right. It is, moreover, a divine right, bestowed by the Creator. The non-exercise of human rights results in a forfeiture of such rights; it is a well-established legal tenet that the right to retain a right is contingent upon the right being exercised. The rights that are not utilized are effectively forfeited.
The appeal to halt military conflict is a compelling and logical argument that is difficult to refute. However, residing on this planet provides a unique perspective on the realities of war, emphasizing the distinction between justifiable military actions and those that are indiscriminate and brutal.
The situation in Gaza does not constitute a conventional war. One side is equipped with significant military resources and backed by some of the world’s most powerful states. In contrast, the other party, namely the Gazans people, lacks the necessary military means and is effectively isolated, denied access to essential resources such as water and food.
The iDiLUU Project
We are two volunteers who have dedicated our time and energy to the establishment of peace in the Palestinian territories. Our objective is twofold: firstly, we seek to persuade the International Court of Justice to establish a specialized Islamic Court in Geneva; and secondly, we endeavor to facilitate the realization of peace in Palestine through a negotiated settlement.
War is defined as a state of open armed conflict, which is often prolonged. The situation in the beloved Palestine can be described as a conflict that is both open and prolonged. However, it is notable that there is only one party that is heavily armed. This is a prolonged killing and oppression of innocent civilians that is openly carried out before the eyes of a vast majority of the world's population, who choose to remain silent about it. Silence is tantamount to an open admission of tacit support for the perpetrators of these killings.
Qur’an [4:123] It is not in accordance with your wishes, or the wishes of the people of the scripture: anyone who commits evil pays for it, and will have no helper or supporter against GOD.
It is unlikely that the ongoing conflict on the Palestinian lands will ever be resolved unless its underlying causes are addressed in a meaningful manner. Meanwhile, those who benefit from conflicts and unjust wars work assiduously to perpetuate the status quo of division, hatred, and killings.
While it is not possible to alter an individual’s character or beliefs, it is possible to appoint individuals who are committed to pursuing a justice-based vision and perception. It can be posited that while justice will inevitably prevail, peace will always be contingent upon it.
Qur’an [41:33] Who can utter better words than one who invites to GOD, works righteousness, and says, “I am one of the submitters?”
What Price A Great Nation
A nation that upholds God’s laws is guaranteed prominence among the nations of the world, victory, prosperity, and happiness (10:62-64, 16:97, 24:55, 41:30-31). On the other hand, a nation that violates God’s laws incurs a miserable life (20:124). A nation that upholds God’s laws is guaranteed to be a great nation. This is not a mere idealistic dream; since God is in full control (10:61), His guarantees and promises are done. A nation that upholds God’s laws is characterized by:
1. Maximum freedom for the people—freedom of religion, freedom of expression, freedom to travel, and freedom of economy (2:256, 10:99, 88:21-22).
2. Guaranteed human rights for all the people, regardless of their race, color,
creed, social status, financial situation, or political affiliation (5:8, 49:13).
3. Prosperity for all the people. God’s economic system is based on constant circulation of wealth, no usury, and productive investment. Non-productive economy such as gambling, lottery, and high interest loans are not permitted (2:275-7, 59:7).
4. Social justice for all. Because of the obligatory charity (Zakaat), no one will go hungry or unsheltered (2:215, 70:24-25, 107:1-7).
5. A political system that is based on unanimous consensus. Through mutual consultation and freedom of expression, one side of any given issue convinces all participants in the discussion. The end result is a unanimous agreement, not the opinion of a 51% majority rammed down the throat of the 49% minority (42:38).
6. A society that upholds and maintains the highest standards of moral behavior. There will be a strong family, no alcoholism, no illicit drugs, no illegitimate pregnancies, no abortions, and practically no divorce.
7. Maximum regard for people’s lives and properties. Therefore, there will be no crime against the people’s lives or properties.

Qur'an [7:96] If only the people of the various communities believed and maintained a righteous life, we would have showered them with blessings from the heaven and the earth.

Qur’an [5:82] You will find that the worst enemies of the believers are the Jews and the idol worshipers. And you will find that the closest people in friendship to the believers are those who say, “We are Christian.” This is because they have priests and monks among them, and they are not arrogant.
Qur’an [17:16] If we are to annihilate any community, we let the leaders commit vast corruption therein. Once they deserve retribution, we annihilate it completely.
Absolute Freedom of Religion:
Qur’an [18:29] Proclaim: “This is the truth from your Lord,” then whoever wills let him believe, and whoever wills let him disbelieve. We have prepared for the transgressors a fire that will completely surround them. When they scream for help, they will be given a liquid like concentrated acid that scalds the faces. What a miserable drink! What a miserable destiny!
