The Corporation is a Florida not for profit corporation that is recognized as a tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (the “Code”), as a subordinate organization under i9 Sports Association, Inc.’s group exemption. A copy of the determination letter from the IRS is available upon request.
