In the heart of Kingston, NY, the Hudson Valley Current and Tilda’s Kitchen are more than a local currency and a lively restaurant; they're both catalysts for communal growth and prosperity.
Hudson Valley Current projects are thriving. Our local currency, the Current, is flowing much faster than it ever has in its 10 years of circulation.
Tilda’s Kitchen & Market has become a vibrant convening center in the heart of Kingston, while our monthly publication Midtown Lively is sharing the good news about food, art and exchange with the community.
Tilda’s is at the heart of Kingston at 630 Broadway, and it has also become the heart of the local currency. Users of the Current now have an easy way to keep their money local, and the members who are making products by hand have a great place to feature their products.
As the new headquarters of the Hudson Valley Current, Tilda’s provides our community with a place to come together to understand the new regenerative economy. Your support will help us strengthen our economy in a way that has deep roots and lasting connections.

We work with more than 10 nonprofits in Kingston, including Radio Kingston, La Voz, MyKingstonKids, Center for Creative Education, and Beyond the 4 Walls, to keep money local and strengthen supply chains.
