Imagine a shimmering greenhouse and a stunning gardenscape - A place of wonder, optimism, inspiration, and hope. The Hoover Greenhouse Project was founded to make this a reality.
The plan is to build a beautiful greenhouse-garden center at Herbert Hoover High School in Glendale, CA. The project is approved by the Hoover administration and the Glendale Unified School District. At the heart of the site will be a futuristic greenhouse dome that will showcase S.T.E.M.-oriented gardening such as hydroponics and solar technology. Outside the dome, aromatic flowers, fruit trees, herbs, and vegetables will highlight natural beauty and harmony to provide students with a peaceful environment.
Another part of the philosophy of our project is to elevate unity, spirit, and school pride at Hoover. Most importantly, the center will inspire people, specifically students, to see that a brighter future is possible and to dare to dream.
