Home Again partners with local supporters and church members to repair old, low value homes in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. Our goal is to restore their value, rent them to families making the transition from poverty to self-sufficiency, then offer the home to the family for purchase after 5 years with $25k-50k off of the appraised value.
