Ashland Oregon is a beautiful mountain community where health and clean living are valued and promoted.
A group of concerned community members, in partnership with Oregon for Safer Technology, are committed to protecting our town's future by keeping small cell antennas (5G) in check with a legally strong local zoning ordinance.
The main goal of this fundraiser is to hire respected and knowledgeable attorney Andrew Campanelli to write a robust wireless communications facility ordinance for Ashland. This ordinance will become a model for all municipalities in the state of Oregon.
We feel strongly about vesting city leaders with the authority they need to draft legally robust zoning provisions to control the placement of small cell towers and other wireless facilities within their jurisdiction to the greatest extent possible.
We envision a future where children, families, and neighbors can enjoy the serenity this lovely mountain town offers without unnecessary radio frequency radiation.
