The Highway Patrol K-9 Association of California was formed to ensure our retired K9’s are given the best care possible by assisting financially with their long term health care and quality of life needs. The Highway Patrol K-9 Association of California is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that is entirely funded by donations and grants of generous individuals, organizations, and companies. We are not funded by taxpayer dollars. All members of the Highway Patrol K-9 Association of California are unpaid volunteers.
