The funds raised will allow us to continue providing the following services to the community:

CRISIS SERVICES: provide short-term emergency assistance with food, clothing, crisis intervention such as detox or crisis counseling, and non-emergency transportation for veterans, youth, and seniors.

TRANSITIONAL SERVICES: Remove barriers to obtaining and maintaining economic self-sufficiency. We provide a mobile service that meets individuals and families in their place of residence (or shelter) to give guidance in career planning, obtaining low-cost transportation, job development, and transportation to rehabilitation programs.

LONG-TERM SUPPORT: Assist individuals and families in maintaining an independent or semi-independent lifestyle by providing home-delivered meals or other home-based assistance and community-based services to noninstitutionalized special populations.

SYSTEM SUPPORT: Provide services that increase the ability of low-income individuals and families to participate in the community and make human services more accessible, effective, and responsive to the needs and interests of low-income veterans by providing access to telehealth and medical advocacy, outreach, and services that coordinate and leverage other resources within the community.
