"Hello, this fundraiser is started by Blessed Care International Foundation and we are looking to make a positive impact in the lives of the vulnerable people in our community. we believe a comfortable learning environment for these kids who have traveled miles to learn in such a disastrous atmosphere is humane and the least we can offer is to support them with our donations.
The government provides educational spaces—classrooms, huts, or under shade trees—textbooks and teachers. However, the other cost of sending children to school—school supplies, school uniforms, meals, and tutoring—are solely borne by parents. Unfortunately, most rural parents cannot provide these “luxuries” for their children, leaving children to go to school hungry and ill-prepared to learn. Our primary goal is to support children attending rural schools by providing them with school supplies—backpacks, pencils, erasers, crayons, pencil sharpeners, and hand sanitizers. Our secondary goal is to support rural teachers by providing them with whiteboards, markers, pencils, pens, and erasers. Educating a child goes way beyond providing space, textbooks and teachers. Our organization has been providing training and facilitating skill-building seminars that will improve livelihoods and empowers these vulnerable populations. In addition to raising awareness of the issues facing these communities, we also continuously work with community-based organizations to implement their projects.
