On September 13th, we discovered to our horror, that our building's air conditioner compressor had been vandalized by thieves and utterly destroyed. On the evening of September 19th, we discovered that they had returned and took every last scrap they could from the unit.
Our building's security has needed upgrades, but due to costs they have fallen on the back burner while we struggled to keep our lights on and shows going throughout this difficult year.

After this recent vandalism, we are asking for help from our community for the following investments:
-Additional security around the unit to prevent recurring vandalism
-Investing in security cameras/services
-Hiring an electrician to fix the exterior lights on the building's East and South sides
-Funds to cover the damage deductible to replace our current unit
