As you know, having a newborn is physically, emotionally and financially taxing. Black Mamas in Essex County, in particular face unique challenges during the postpartum period, but you can help! You can help release direct care and support to a Black Mama today.

Our SWB sessions are led by certified lactation and perinatal health specialists and therefore intentionally include opportunity for clinical care. It is designed to be a safe space for experienced and first time Mamas alike!
You can provide this type of necessary direct support and care to a Black Mama today.
