We are a 501(c)(3) charitable food rescue and community food sharing organization!
That means we partner with local restaurants and markets to gather surplus food, then we freeze dry it for shelf stability and ease of use in our state-of-the-art dedicated facility before distributing it to local food banks, pantries, cafes, and other organizations that support food distressed individuals.
