Hi, I’m David Plaster, Founder and President of Anomaly–America 4 Ukraine, a U.S. 501(c)(3) nonprofit.
For more than 12 years, our team has supported Ukraine through lifesaving medical education, emergency preparedness, volunteer development, humanitarian assistance, and practical resilience programs.
We now have an opportunity to establish a permanent resilience, emergency training, and community support center in Kyiv, Ukraine.
This center will be more than a building. It will be a place where people learn to save lives, prepare for emergencies, support their communities, and help Ukraine become stronger and more resilient.
WHAT THIS CENTER WILL MAKE POSSIBLE
✅ Emergency medical and trauma-care training
Practical lifesaving skills for medics, first responders, volunteers, and people working in high-risk environments.
✅ Stop the Bleed and first-aid education
Accessible training that gives ordinary people the confidence and skills to respond during emergencies.
✅ Disaster preparedness and community resilience
Programs that help communities prepare for attacks, displacement, infrastructure failures, and other wartime emergencies.
✅ Instructor development and train-the-trainer programs
Training capable instructors who can return to their communities and teach others.
✅ Volunteer coordination and humanitarian support
A reliable space to organize volunteers, prepare aid, and support ongoing humanitarian projects.
✅ Meal preparation for people affected by the war
A kitchen and volunteer base for preparing and distributing meals to displaced families, vulnerable residents, veterans, and others in need.
✅ Veteran and community programs
Educational, social, and practical activities that strengthen connection, recovery, and long-term resilience.
✅ A permanent operational hub in Kyiv
A stable location where training, humanitarian work, community programs, and partnerships can grow instead of depending on temporary spaces.
OUR FUNDRAISING GOAL
We are raising $35,000 to secure, prepare, and equip the facility.
Our first urgent milestone is $15,000, which will allow us to secure the project and prevent this opportunity from being lost.
Additional funds will help cover:
✅ Initial legal and project costs
✅ Safety improvements and basic repairs
✅ Utilities and classroom preparation
✅ Kitchen and meal-preparation capability
✅ Training equipment and medical simulation supplies
✅ Furniture, storage, and volunteer work areas
✅ Initial operating and program expenses
Funds will be received and administered by Anomaly – America 4 Ukraine and used for this charitable project in Ukraine.
Every donation, no matter the size, helps us move closer to creating a permanent home for training, humanitarian support, and resilience.
Please donate and share this fundraiser with others who believe in helping Ukraine not only survive, but become stronger.
