HEART (Hope Empowers All Reaching Together, Inc.) is a community-based organization supporting families experiencing food insecurity across Texas and Missouri. HEART is committed to transparency, responsible stewardship, and sustainable program growth. HEART has submitted an application for federal 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status with the Internal Revenue Service and is currently awaiting determination. At this time, donations are not yet tax-deductible unless and until the IRS grants approval. If tax-exempt status is approved, donations may become retroactively tax-deductible to the organization’s date of incorporation, as permitted by IRS regulations. Donations support emergency pantry outreach, food assistance, compliance filings, operational setup, and responsible organizational growth. Handmade thank-you gifts may be provided for qualifying one-time donations. The estimated fair market value of any gift received will be disclosed on your donation receipt.
