HCF a wildlife charity was launched in 2020 to raise funding and awareness towards wildlife conservation efforts worldwide. Since then, HCF has been a frontrunner for humanitarian efforts all over the World. HCF has been able to provide housing, shelter, educational resources, and even food to communities throughout Congo, Africa. HCF strives to help build up the communities that work together for a World better prepared to accommodate all living things. Our network spans across the Globe from Michigan to Africa, to Taiji, Japan, and back again!
While Conservation is important, so is local wildlife management and animal rescue. HCF, being located in Detroit, Michigan, has been involved in countless animal rescues throughout the area. Through Mara's Legacy, a new project we embarked on with Rule of the Wild Clothing Company, HCF tackles the ongoing dilemma of feral cats throughout metro-Detroit. We now manage two feral cat colonies and conduct TNR operations to manage wild cat populations keeping their numbers down.
HCF has been leading the charge in Michigan for exotic animal law reform and proper animal welfare.
