Haiti is a country where the economy is only getting worse and armed gangs are controlling the streets. The recent natural disasters, like hurricanes and the last earthquake in August 2021 have added to the destruction and dramatically increased the number of victims and children separated from their families.

The road to recovery in Les Cayes, southern Haiti, will be long. AVSI is rebuilding houses, schools, and public buildings destroyed by the August earthquake in Les Cayes.

With your help, we will also be able to take care of unaccompanied children, reunite them with their families, and provide psychosocial support in child-friendly spaces. Your donation is essential to keep children and adolescents involved in educational activities and safe from armed gangs.

Our goal is to raise $10,000 to repair 4 damaged buildings.
