John Dufek served Hands to Love as the president of our board of directors from 2008-2011. He shared his vast experience in non-profit leadership with Hands to Love having served on the board of Catholic Charities for many years. John embodied the spirit of selfless service.
As a reflection of John’s spirit, many volunteers have served and continue to serve selflessly to make Hands to Love a success.
To honor John and the countless volunteers who have served Hands to Love, the John Dufek Volunteer Fund was established to cover volunteer expenses, including background checks, lodging, meals, and more.
