I've never been, but this place seems too good to allow it to shut down. Best of luck and hope to visit soon!!!
I im very happy to hear that you guy are open again. No one like you. I use to go before the corona all the way from mountain view. Just to play.
Hope you're hanging in there.
Y'all are definitely an important Alameda institution for many generations. Stay strong!
Can't wait until you're back!
Rooting for you both.
Best of luck in keeping on track from your friends Francis and Jane on the East Coast!
Please open soon. Super Smash Bros Melee is my favorite game there!
Thank you for the many, many hours and memories you've brought me so far!
Hope this little bit helps keep things going. Hoping to get some time in as soon as I'm able.
I wish I could give more. Hang in there!
In honor of our 7th wedding anniversary. My husband Dave loves High Scores Arcade. I hope he can visit soon and introduce our children to the classics.
I grew up playing Out Run at the arcade, Frogger on the Atari 5200, and arcade-style Donkey Kong and Pac-Man on the Atari 400, not to mention Oregon Trail on the Macintosh in my elementary school classroom. Coming to High Scores in Alameda has brought me large doses of uncomplicated joy and nostalgia at some difficult times. I hope this donation along with other large and small donations from those with a passion for old video games will get High Scores and your family through this tough time. I look forward to playing together soon!
Thanks for letting us relive our childhoods, and for introducing a new generation to this timeless experience. Stay safe, stay strong, and I hope to be gaming with you again soon.
My family and I love to come and hang out at the High Scores. I'm so grateful to you for making this experience available so we can share the love of these wonderful games with family and share the wonderful experience I had growing up with my kids. I hope that we'll all be able to come back and enjoy again. Thanks so much for all your hard work and love you put into High Scores. It shows.
Sending you all love & strength. Alameda loves you!!
Love having you in Alameda! Here’s hoping that you can stay!
Making a donation in Tim's name because he loves you guys so much. Happy birthday Tim!
Keep the history alive!
To help get the sign fixed. Good luck guys!
Thank you for creating an awesome place for us to enjoy retro games, my wife and I love Oregon Trail in particular. Were happy to support you during this difficult time.
