According to Common Sense Media, over 55% of teen girls feel pressure from social media to gain likes and comments, which negatively impacts their self-esteem and sense of worth.
Now more than ever, these girls need resources, community, and ongoing support to build their confidence and cultivate self-love.
That's where I come in. I’m Karen Rangel, Founder of Youth Fit2Lead. On July 27th & 28th, I'm hosting "Glowin' Within," a transformative 2-day workshop in San Diego that teaches teenage girls how to embrace their uniqueness, navigate life's ups and downs, establish healthy relationships, and so much more.
This year, we're asking for your contribution to sponsor underserved, homeless, and foster care teens into our program. Every dollar we raise will go towards their Glowin' Within tuition as well as follow-up coaching sessions to help them retain and implement what they've learned.
