Greetings from MUN Impact!
Three of MUN Impact's student leaders are writing you here to seek your support during our Summer Fundraising Drive. We represent just a small fraction of the 100+ student leaders that have invested their time, energy, and belief in building MUN Impact and its many programs. We helped to co-write sections of this letter, knowing that our organization needs this vital boost of support to sustain its meaningful impact on over 40,000 students from around the world.
In the last two years, we have reached over 40,000 students from 171 countries! We have engaged youth communities spanning from rural Nigeria to the Galapagos Islands, Bhutan, and beyond in Model UN, youth leadership development, and taking action to solve some of the world's most pressing issues. All of MUN Impact's programs, events, and initiatives are 100% FREE to all students around the world. With your support, we can continue empowering generations of leaders in your region with the skills and experience required to go on to better the lives of those around them.
Our dream has already become a reality, we just need support from civic-minded individuals like you to keep them alive.

A Message from MUN Impact's Founder & Executive Director, Lisa Martin
In 1990, as a new teacher at ACS Abu Dhabi, I was tasked with starting a Model UN club. Little did I know the amazing journey and incredible people I would meet. For the next 30 years, I started and built MUN programs at international schools in Kuala Lumpur, Amman, Abu Dhabi, and Doha, and crazily, online, the first and only program of its kind (up until March 2020, that is).
If you are a current or past participant, a teacher or parent whose child was positively impacted by MUN, or a supporter of inclusive educational programs, I hope that the community we have built at MUN Impact is one that inspires you and gives you great hope in the future and potential of young people. Run by student leaders from around the world, MUN Impact is working to make this impactful educational program available at no cost to students around the world.
We are now launching a critical fundraising campaign to help us sustain the growth that grew out of the pandemic. Your donation represents a vote of confidence in the power of Model UN and MUN Impact which has seen the pandemic’s unexpected gift to our organization: a massive catalyzing of youth around our vision, with program growth and engagement happening on every continent. An impact report (linked below) outlines the current scope of our program.
We are not seeking funding to chase an idea. We are looking for supporters, current and former MUN delegates, and members of the MUN Impact community willing to pay it forward and able to contribute to this cause: supporting our impactful, global, inclusive MUN programs and the tens of thousands of students we now reach.
