Coral bleaching events are occurring more frequently and with greater intensity, not just here in Roatán, but across the entire Caribbean. Climate change makes it more difficult than ever for these fragile ecosystems to survive.
We refuse to back down. Every setback only fuels our determination. Behind each restoration initiative lies a passionate team of individuals—from enthusiastic volunteers to knowledgeable marine biologists—united in their mission to revive and protect the reef. Their collaborative efforts combine research, hands-on restoration, and community engagement to help restore this precious underwater environment.
