Our goals for 2025 & 2026 are to build a spay/neuter funding stream to combat homeless pet overpopulation and shut down illegal horseracing in the state of Georgia.

We are a volunteer-only organization, so every penny is used to give a voice to the voiceless in the state of Georgia.  We employ professional lobbyists to make state legislative changes and other Public Policy changes to encourage Pet Owners to be Responsible, Spay/Neuter, and increased protections for horses from inhumane practices.
