Fueling Potential: Mentorship & Multimedia Career Exploration for Youth
Every student has a story, an ambition, and an innate potential waiting to be unlocked. But navigating middle & high school and preparing for what comes next requires guidance, tools, and a community that believes in them.
At The STRIVE Initiative, our mission is to empower middle and high school students to reach their highest academic and individual aspirations. Through our core programs, Created for Greatness (CFG) and Multimedia Career Exploration, we give young people the mentorship, creative space, and practical skills they need to lead, express themselves, and build bright futures.
Why It Matters
Today’s youth face complex challenges, but they also hold incredible creative energy and drive. When students receive consistent mentorship alongside real-world skills training, everything changes:
Created for Greatness (CFG): Students build self-confidence, resilience, self-awareness, responsible decision-making, communication, relationship skills, and a stronger sense of belonging through group and one-on-one mentorship. STRIVE equips students with the social-emotional skills they need to thrive in school, relationships, and everyday life.
Multimedia Career Exploration: Students move beyond consuming media to becoming confident digital creators. Guided by experienced industry professionals and mentors, students gain hands-on experience in music production and recording, photography, DJ production, podcasting, voice-over acting, and storytelling while building practical skills, exploring their talents, and discovering real pathways to today’s creative and digital careers.
When young people realize their voices matter, they gain the confidence to move beyond dreaming about their future and begin actively creating it.

Here is how your donation directly impacts our students:
$25 supplies workshop materials, workbooks, and creative supplies for a student.
$50 supports guest speaker stipends and hands-on career exploration workshops.
$100 funds studio media gear, software licenses, and production equipment.
$250 sponsors a student for a full semester of mentorship and multimedia training.
