General Operations Fund
From the very beginning of our work, our goal has been simple: to make sure the defenders at the front know they can rely on us.
This is Project Konstantin’s general operations fund — the backbone of our work.
It allows us to respond quickly to real, current frontline needs, without waiting for a new campaign to be launched or funded.
What This Fund Supports
Through ongoing relationships with a small number of frontline units, we work to equip them as effectively as possible as conditions change.
Support from this fund includes:
Frontline vehicles and vehicle repairs
Medical supplies
Drones & Anti-drone Systems
Electronics & Communication
Protective & Operational Equipment
Rather than focusing on a single type of equipment or one-off deliveries, this fund allows us to respond to the full range of operational needs that arise over time.
How We Work
Our effectiveness comes from responsiveness.
We stay in close, direct contact with the units we support, which allows us to assess needs as they arise and act quickly when priorities shift. Because funds are already available, we are able to move without delay — whether that means sourcing equipment, repairing vehicles, or adjusting support as the situation on the front changes.
This approach allows us to provide consistent, reliable support instead of fragmented assistance that only addresses part of the need.
Why Support This Fund
We focus on sustained support — making sure the same units are properly equipped over time, not just once. That means addressing what is needed now, even when that need looks different from the month before.
By supporting this fund, you are helping maintain a reliable rear for defenders who are operating in a constantly changing environment.
About Project Konstantin
Project Konstantin is a registered Ukrainian charitable organisation supporting Ukraine’s defenders through the delivery of essential equipment, vehicles, and logistics.
Earlier in the war, we also operated a casualty evacuation team that evacuated 219 soldiers and several civilians under fire from russia’s aggression and indiscriminate attacks on populated areas.
As the war has evolved, so has our work. Today, we focus our efforts on sustained frontline support — equipping units we know and trust, and responding quickly as their needs change.
