Gcon 2019

We are setting a modest goal of $100 for 2019 to help pay for operating costs associated with development and infrastructure of gcon. We are relaunching with a restored logging functionality in 2019, and have plans for numerous improvements and features. 

Donations are, of course, completely optional, but they go a long way in helping improve this software.
