Future Stars Football Academy is creating opportunities for boys and girls affected by war and political instability in Juba, South Sudan.
We use soccer as a means to education and personal development with an eye towards creating a new generation of young leaders who will contribute to the improvement of South Sudan in all facets of society.
Currently, we serve over 100 boys and girls who attend weekly soccer training under a professional staff, receive scholarships for their school fees and materials, and are provided with meals and clean water. The student-athletes are then guided to continue their academic careers at a university or trade school while continuing their soccer careers with local or international clubs, and to represent the South Sudan national team. We have had 7 South Sudan U17 internationals and 3 South Sudan U20 internationals, with many signing in the South Sudan Premier League.
Our vision is to build a residential youth academy with its own boarding school and athletic facilities where students will benefit from a comprehensive academic, athletic, social, and community-development focused education.
