Key Message

No one should have to choose between hunger and sobriety. Your support helps cover the first month’s rent and ensures individuals in recovery have groceries delivered to their sober living home.

Fundraising Goal & Timeline

We’re aiming to raise $10,000 in 45 days to provide essential grocery deliveries and rent assistance for individuals leaving rehab. This timeline balances urgency with giving our community enough time to rally together and make an impact.

Why This Matters

Leaving rehab is a critical turning point, but too many individuals face immediate challenges—no food, no job, and nowhere stable to live. Many are at high risk of relapse simply because they lack basic resources. Without groceries or secure housing, even the strongest recovery can be derailed.

That’s where MetzlerCares steps in. We help individuals get a fresh start by covering their first month’s rent in a sober living home and delivering groceries directly to them.

Every sober living home we assist is carefully reviewed to ensure it provides a safe, structured, and supportive environment. We work only with trusted, high-quality sober living homes to make sure every resident is set up for long-term success. Additionally, all rent payments go directly to the sober living home, so funds are used properly to secure housing for those in need.

Your Donation’s Impact

Every dollar raised in this campaign goes directly toward providing groceries and securing housing for those in recovery. Your generosity ensures that someone who has fought to get sober has the stability they need to continue their journey. With your help, we can provide:

• First month’s rent in a sober living home, ensuring individuals have a safe place to stay while they get back on their feet.

• Grocery deliveries, supplying fresh, healthy food so residents in sober living homes can focus on recovery instead of struggling to afford meals.

• A foundation for long-term recovery, helping individuals regain independence and self-sufficiency without the stress of food insecurity or homelessness.

MetzlerCares Foundation is a registered nonprofit organization dedicated to providing food assistance and sober living rent support for individuals transitioning from rehab. We are not a sober living home, treatment facility, or healthcare provider. Our role is to offer financial assistance to approved sober living homes and supply essential groceries to individuals in recovery.

All rent payments are made directly to vetted, high-quality sober living homes to ensure funds are used appropriately. MetzlerCares does not provide direct cash assistance to individuals. We carefully review each sober living home we support to maintain a safe and structured environment for recovery.
