BSR readers have another big decision to make. Will our 2026 Fringe coverage go forward?
BSR’s coverage has always been up to our readers. This year has proven especially challenging for our nonprofit, but our readers stepped up in a big way last spring, and now we’re launching our first-ever fundraiser specifically aimed at funding our Fringe Festival coverage. (Later this year, we have some big news about our organization’s next steps, but for now, we’re focused on the fall!)
The Fringe Coverage Friends Drive, running July 8 through August 31, has a simple goal: add 30 new Friends of BSR and five new Local Media Champions. With that boost, our 2026 Fringe coverage will continue. Friends make a one-time annual gift of $72 or an automatic monthly donation of $6. Local Media Champions make a one-time annual gift of $240, or an automatic monthly donation of $20.
BSR has hundreds of thousands of readers, but only a tiny fraction of them support our coverage with a donation. Will you become one of them?
