From the bottom of our hearts, the Greensboro Downtown Parks Inc. team would like to Thank You for supporting our annual Friendsgiving fundraiser as we embarked on an exciting transformation, expanding our reach beyond just 250 guests under a tent for one night and instead aiming to gather as many friends as possible around our tables every night.


By forgoing the gala fundraising model, all our park friends were welcome to attend and all donations had a much larger, tangible and immediate impact! You know those wobbly chairs and tables in Market Square? Friendsgiving 2023 contributions will help make crucial furniture upgrades possible. Supporting Friendsgiving  is an investment in the myriad of free park programs, tasty lunch breaks, joyful happy hours and productive business meetings that all take place right here around downtown Greensboro's symbolic kitchen table.


We appreciate your joining us in our vision to nurture togetherness and community, not just for a day, but throughout the entire year!
