Every year, teenagers age out of foster care with no stable home, no support system, and no clear path forward. Many leave care with a trash bag of belongings—and little else. Without guidance, housing, or financial stability, far too many young adults fall into homelessness, trafficking, or cycles of poverty.
Flourish is stepping into that gap.
We are launching a transformational program to give teens a safe place to land and a strong foundation for their adult lives. Our vision includes:
✨ Education and training for foster parents caring for youth who are preparing to age out.
✨ Life-skills and independence training for teens, including financial literacy, job readiness, healthy relationships, and faith-based mentoring.
✨ Future transitional living housing, where young adults can access stability, guidance, and the support they deserve as they take their first steps into adulthood.
✨ Supportive services, such as mentorship, counseling connections, and practical help for daily living.
This work is critical—and urgent.
Right now, we have the opportunity to double our impact.
