🚀 Dive into a New Adventure with CCP! Help us bridge the gap by providing inclusive community programming for individuals of all abilities.  #AllAbilitiesInclusion 


We're thrilled to announce the launch of the Community Connections Program (CCP) by Pioneer Programs! It's not just a program, it's a lifeline for adults facing significant communication and behavior challenges in the community, such as autism spectrum disorder.


🌟 CCP is a game-changer, offering tailored, specially-trained support that's as unique as each participant. With personalized staff to participant ratios of 1:1, 1:2 and even 2:1, we're making sure everyone can safely and confidently engage with their community. But as a small nonprofit, we really need your support to keep this momentum going!


We're raising funds for:

  • Community activity passes and memberships (think SD Zoo, Birch Aquarium, all the San Diego museums, and more!)
  • Fees for local festivals (street fairs, anyone?), sporting events (Go Padres!), aquatics access (pools, surfing, paddle boards) and educational/cultural venues 
  • Dining experiences in a variety of eateries (most of our program participants have goals in this area and... everyone deserves to savor the moment!)
  • Community transportation (vans, gas, public transportation- keeping the wheels turning for accessibility!)
  • Specialized training and therapeutic experiences

We started CCP because we saw a gap in services for our unique, young adult population who are aging out of school and are without a program at home after graduating. We ALWAYS assume competency and feel everyone deserves access to their own community and all they need is the right support. Your help will ensure they can connect and thrive in their community in a safe, meaningful, and inclusive way.
