In Maun, Botswana, too many children go to school hungry. For them, hunger is not an inconvenience  it is a barrier to learning, growth, and hope.
At Lehikeng Capacity Building & Development, we believe no child should be left behind simply because they lack a meal.
Why This Matters
Our Feeding Program currently supports 75 vulnerable children aged 3–18.
For many of these children:
This meal is the only guaranteed nutritious food they receive
Hunger affects their concentration, health, and emotional wellbeing
A consistent meal provides stability, dignity, and hope
Food is not just nourishment it is the foundation for education, development, and opportunity.
