This campaign runs from Tuesday, October 6 through Sunday, October 11 at midnight. Meaning, we only have SIX DAYS to make this happen.
WHY THIS MATTERS RIGHT NOW
FART is at a turning point, and the direction we take from here significantly relies on the outcome of this campaign. FART - Foster, Adopt, Rescue, Transport - is a woman-founded and solo woman-run grassroots nonprofit animal rescue in California’s Central Valley.
FART became a registered nonprofit in February 2023 with a clear mission:
To give animals a platform to be seen and a voice to be heard.
Since then, that has meant saying yes when animals have been abandoned, abused, neglected, surrendered, overlooked or simply had nowhere else to go.
It has meant veterinary bills, food, medications, rehabilitation, supplies, emergency care, and giving animals the time and safety they need to have another chance.
Now, as we work toward securing a permanent place for FART and creating a sustainable future for the animals who depend on us, what happens next matters more than ever in our animal welfare journey.
It boils down to more than the animals currently in our care. It is about whether FART has the resources and foundation necessary to continue this work into its next chapter.

This isn’t a campaign where falling short simply means we buy fewer supplies or postpone a project. The future of FART is what is on the table.
Without enough funding to move forward, there is no responsible way for me to continue taking animals in and making promises to them that I don’t know I can keep.
So, for six days, I am humbly asking our community to show up with us and help FART fight for another year.
