Dear Patron,
Project purpose: The purpose is to support the needs of the community in regard to injury prevention to Brown and surrounding counties. This includes fall prevention, educational opportunities and promotion, injury referral systems, injury prevention equipment, properly fitted shoes and access to services. Our focus is to provide to the community using community funds to keep families together, at home and injury free.
We have partnered with several community members like HME Home Medical and HomeTown Pharmacies to provide FREE stability equipment to qualifying seniors and disabled members the community. ALL funds raised will support local programs. Each locations offers a variety of equipment that will be fitted to the individual and training provided. Funding will also provide promotion of the program by a way of billboards, social media, newspaper, TV, radio, etc.

Currently the Green Bay area EMS and hospitals see an average of 32 fall patients EACH day.
