The funds raised will be used to provide programming free of charge to trans and non-binary youth who often face financial barriers to care. A 10-week mental health group for Trans & Non-binary youth.

We know that this has been a turbulent time, especially for youth. Alberta has introduced policies that restrict access to activities and health care for Trans and Non-binary youth which has deeply affected how safe youth feel in our community. Trans and Non-binary youth also face unique challenges in accessing mental health care and we’re here to help. We want to offer this therapy group free of charge but we can’t do it alone, so we’re raising funds to make this happen. Will you consider partnering with us to make this support available to trans and non-binary youth in our community?

The group will be facilitated by two psychotherapists with expertise in supporting youth in the trans community.
