We are a global movement tackling the socioeconomic barriers that limit women’s access to ocean-based careers, working to close the gender gap in the marine industry.
We provide women with education, vocational training, and opportunities to explore diving, study marine sciences, and learn to captain ships, empowering them to consider careers in the marine industry.
Our action areas focus on Education, Vocational Training, and Resourcing. Through the funds raised, we will be able to help women and girls follow their dreams.
