Congrats - Paisley is the proud recipient of a grant from the Walter Reed Society. She was given a $5000 grant for healthcare expenses for chiropractic treatments that are not covered by insurance. This serves as another example of how unlocking access can improve the quality of life for children living with limb loss or limb differences. This gift gives Paisley access to a calmer nervous system that aids in her improved sleep, balance and coordination, decreased anxiety and tension from the daily use of medical equipment, and increased focus and attention.
Paisley turned 6 on March 25th! Many supporters changed to donors in honor of her special day. This is the year of independence for Paisley. Every action is met with a personal commitment to "do it all by herself" which is a major goal of this campaign, to facilitate independent living. Thank you for your generous donations. Paisley will surely pay it forward to deserving children like her!
Smile - Paisely is the proud recipient of a grant from the Challenged Athletes Foundation. She was awarded a hand cycle so she can realize the childhood dream of riding a bike. This bike is valued at $3,000 and serves as an example of how unlocking access can improve the quality of life for children living with limb loss or limb differences. This gift gives Paisley access to recreation, fun and happiness!
