the Elaine M. Hines Foundation is an organization dedicated to preserving the legacy of SSG Elaine Hines, a retired veteran who served our country honorably for over 30 years. Ms. Hines, with a distinguished career spanning 20 years at Chase Bank and over 15 years in the medical field, was not only a devoted mother to three children but also a cherished pillar of her community, where she resided for over 35 years.

Following her passing in 2013, Ms. Elaine M. Hines's eldest son, Court Hines, was inspired to initiate community projects under the umbrella of the Elaine M. Hines Foundation. Our mission centers on promoting healthy living and fostering peace through peaceful resolution concepts. As part of our efforts, we operate a thriving community garden that serves as a vital resource for our neighborhood. This garden, which grows annually, plays a significant role in our commitment to enhancing the well-being of our community.
