Dear fellow Earth Beings,

 

We are gathering forces to transform depleted soils on Mother Earth into a true CO2 devouring and oxygen producing paradise on the basis of Save Soil principles as compiled by Isha Foundation and Save Soil Foundation scientists.  


Increasing the organic content of Earth´s soil and transforming deserted and other depleted landscapes into green land with fruit and trees, is the all around optimally feasible method of fully tackling all current climate issues and many economical challenges worldwide. 


As a wonderful side effect it creates paradisical conditions on Planet Earth. No need to go to heaven. It is right here infront of our eyes .. and up to us humanity - no one else.  


The donations will be used to purchase additional land with depleted farmland, as well as to pay the salaries of all the workers, purchase equipment, and fund ongoing soil and climate analyses aswell as our social media presence. 


Our pilot project takes place in Brandenburg, Germany. Soils are almost as depleted as the desert. Please check out info below. 


We accompany this project with continuous measurement in Soil, Air, Water, Crops etc. to show the beneficial changes. And the goal is to study and demonstrate how long it actually takes in such an area to actually turn the tables.

Organic Farming and Minimum Tillage Management Strategies

Description

Organic farming is characterised by no use of synthetic fertilizer or pesticides, and use of diverse crop rotations and farmyard manure. Organic farming tends to shift the microbial community structure to bacteria, because of the application of farmyard manure.

Organic farming with:

• use of a diverse crop rotation with legume cover crop

• inputs of cattle manure, which supplies additional available organic matter to soil as well as cattle manure-derived microorganisms no application of synthetic fertilizer or pesticides.

• minimum tillage (6-8 cm depth) on the microbial community structure and

microbial residues

Economic Benefits

Organic farming significantly increased SOC, soil moisture content, abundance of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi and gram-positive bacteria over the 21-year field trial period.

Organic farming had a positive effect on microbial biomass, total phospho-lipid fatty acids (PLFA), Gram (+) bacteria, Gram (-) bacteria and the arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF). The PLF and MurN are biomarkers for arbuscular mycorrhiza and Gram (+) bacteria, respectively. The significance of Gram (+) bacteria is that they drive the flux of CO2 exchange between soil and atmosphere. The results indicate that organic farming coupled with tillage management increases beneficial soil biology in terms of better arbuscular mycorrhizal associations and increased good bacteria populations. Organic farms need only one-third of area-related energy input and only half of the product-related energy that intensive farms need. Energy consumed: 19.1G/ha (Intensive farms), 8.7 GJ/ha (Extensified farms), 5.9 cJ/ha(Organic farms). [4]

EDEN EARTH PROJECT  |  €7 MILLION DONOR ROADMAP

1. The promise

Eden Earth begins with a practical proposition: degraded and intensively cultivated land can be shifted toward permanent green cover, deeper roots, healthier soils, greater water retention, biological diversity and resilient food production. Instead of waiting for perfect conditions, we start with one real site, measure what happens, publish the results and build a model others can reproduce.

OUR PUBLIC PROMISE  We will start small, measure honestly, publish successes and failures, and scale only what works.


What the €7 million is meant to achieve

Create a legally sound, independently governed and transparent project structure.

Run a scientifically credible field demonstration with a farmer in Brandenburg.

Compare existing practice, regenerative permanent-cover systems and agroforestry on matched plots.

Build a 40–100 hectare flagship through lease, partnership or carefully selected land acquisition.

Develop an open implementation playbook, training program and public evidence platform.

Scale through partner farms rather than trying to purchase and operate all future land ourselves.

What this plan does not claim

It does not claim that every desert can become forest, that every site needs the same intervention, or that results are guaranteed. Water availability, ecology, land rights, local livelihoods and long-term maintenance determine what is appropriate. The first responsibility is to learn from a specific landscape and make verifiable improvements there.

2. Starting now—before major funding

The project does not wait for €7 million. The first phase uses the assets already available: the founder’s time, the Eden Earth YouTube channel, the plan, public communication and the first farmer relationship.

The campaign seeks €7 million in total, but the money is not treated as one undifferentiated pot. Each threshold produces a complete, visible result and prepares the next stage.

4. Field program: prove it on real land

Pilot design

The first demonstration should be simple enough to understand and strong enough to learn from. Wherever the site allows, matched areas will compare:

Current practice / control: the farmer’s existing system continues on a comparable area.

Regenerative permanent-cover treatment: continuous living roots, cover crops, reduced disturbance, diversified rotation and context-appropriate grazing or mowing where suitable.

Agroforestry treatment: trees or shrubs integrated with productive land where permitted and ecologically appropriate.

6. Use of the full €7 million

The allocation balances implementation with long-term resilience. Figures are planning envelopes and will be refined through quotations, site due diligence and donor restrictions. The total remains exactly €7 million.

RESERVE PRINCIPLE  Protected capital is not presented as guaranteed income. Investment policy, risk limits and permitted withdrawals must be approved by qualified fiduciary oversight.


7. Governance and donor protection

Trust must be designed into the project before large donations are accepted. The campaign will distinguish clearly between a public vision, a fundraising mechanism and the legal entity responsible for receiving and spending funds.

A dedicated legal entity and dedicated bank account for Eden Earth funds.

At least three independent governance or advisory members as funding grows, including land/agriculture, finance/compliance and science expertise.

Dual approval for payments above a published threshold.

Quarterly public income-and-expenditure summaries; annual independent financial review or audit appropriate to scale.

Conflict-of-interest register, procurement rules and written related-party transaction policy.

Restricted donations tracked and used only for the stated purpose.

A project register showing milestones, delays, failures, corrective actions and remaining cash.

Donation status

Donors will be told exactly which entity receives funds and whether a donation is tax-deductible. No tax receipt will be promised until the receiving organization is legally entitled to issue one. Before that point, any support must be described under its actual legal terms.

The founder’s role is to initiate and hold the mission—not to pretend to possess every required specialty. Scientific, agricultural, legal and financial authority will sit with qualified people in those fields.

9. How expansion becomes self-reinforcing

Donations create the first proof. Long-term scale should increasingly combine philanthropy with grants, farm revenues, training, implementation partnerships, research collaborations, sponsorships that pass an ethics screen, and carefully designed licensing or service income. Any earned income returns to the mission under the receiving entity’s legal rules.

Partner-farm cost sharing reduces the need to own every hectare.

Open methods allow others to implement the model without waiting for Eden Earth.

Paid training or implementation support can subsidize freely available public knowledge.

Independent evidence improves eligibility for public and philanthropic co-funding.

Eden Earth is beginning at the smallest credible scale—but it is built for a very large purpose. The first donations do not finance a distant abstraction. They finance the contract, the baseline, the first square meters, the first season and the first proof.
