Hi im Thomas Hine an ultra runner from Padstow Cornwall and im running the national 3 peaks and running the distance in between. Roughly 450 miles of running and over 10000 feet in climbing . Completing this challenge in 8 days wins my plan and I'm being supported by my little brother 'Fred'. Doing this to raise funds for Man Down charity. The work they do locally is potentially life saving for the men of our county who are struggling with their mental health. Ross the founder of man down who has been a friend of mine for over 20 years has been monumental in my progress and ongoing recovery with addiction and always been at the other end of the phone and a kind inspiring voice in my ear. I want to give something back and show my appreciation by taking on this challenge and raise as much money as possible. Thank you in advance. Tom x
