It was recently my birthday and for this I asked family and friends to keep it quiet this year. If they so wished to give me something, then donate it to your good cause. At the time, I was thinking of my dear brother who took his own life earlier this year. Now, in the last few days another male relative has sadly done the same thing. Keep up the good work. I just wish they’d of reached out to you.

My nephew ended his life last year . His mother 20+ years ago did too . He was 11 , he never got over her doing it , but to cope he went on a walk about around the world & the ended up in the Philippines permanently tly but he never spoke about his mum but bottled up the anger & grief & now he's finally with her . MEN NEED more support from other MEN I believe as women deal with this differently I've found . Please accept my donation in Waynes memory to help with your important agenda . God bless you ALL .
