I am raising money & awareness of male mental health in memory of my stepbrother Gareth who sadly passed away afew weeks ago on 8th July. Gareth would always light up a room and loved getting together as a family, always making us all laugh. He couldn't stand football but organised a get-together to watch the world cup recently, as family company was so important to him. Unfortunately, we weren't aware of the extent of Gareth's inner battles as he was always making sure that we were all ok and had a smile on his face, the ultimate joker. Having two sons myself, I feel it is so important to recognise such a great cause and to help men to talk & seek the help that they may need.
