Hi and thank you for reading, 

My Names Ross and this year I am running the race that is well know as the rat - 20 miles along the coast line of Cornwal, 


Men’s mental health is so important in fact everyone’s mental health, but we as men get told to suck it up get over it and basically just shut up and don’t talk !!! 


Man down - Cornish men’s mental health groups that help absolutely anyone, no judgement what so ever - we all have a past we all have a story - 


I’m aiming to raise £1000 for this amazing charity and that with your help I can , 


Fact Is I was down and I thought I was out but with help from the group from online app which has been an absolute blessing I’ve come through, 


Running is where I have found my safe place and space for my feelings and mental health, 


They say it’s our own roads no one can walk it for us but man down and the brilliant people there can support us on that road and keep us steady
